Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

 

  A.      Our online shop accepts all major credit and debit cards. This is built around a secure server with 128 bit encryption. For your security and confidence we use the best suppliers of this service, using PayPal. By using this method we never see your payment details, we only receive an e-mail informing us that you have made a purchase and where to ship your order.

    Post: Cheques (goods will be dispatched on clearance of the cheque).

 

Q. Do I have to register with Gary Coe Jewellers to make a product purchase?

A.     No. You can purchase any item from us without going anywhere near our buyers registry area. Just click on the products that you wish to purchase, hit the button, confirm the items in your shopping cart and click to go to the checkout. Here you will be asked a few painless questions and the purchase is complete.

       

Q Do you have a customer help line?

    A. Yes. Our customer help line 07771 802624 is open 9am - 6pm Mon - Fri although we still pick up out of office hour emails on sales@garycoejewellers.co.uk. If we are unable to speak to you personally, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

 


Q. How much do you charge for package and postage (delivery)?

    A.We charge the following rates for packing and postage.
     
    Orders within the United Kingdom = FREE

Customers outside the UK are liable to pay postage and packing costs.
    
All our orders come via registered mail and need to be signed for.  We also give guaranteed next day delivery within the United Kingdom provided the product is in stock otherwise allow 10 working days.

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Please ring us on  07771 802624 or e-mail sales@garycoejewellers.co.uk if you need delivery to an address outside of the United Kingdom and we will endeavour to find the safest, securest and cheapest way of delivering your goods. This will be charged at cost. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. (Orders paid by cheque may take longer).

 


 

Q. What is your returns policy?

    A. If, when the goods arrive, they are not what you expect, please contact us for a returns number within 7 days, otherwise no refund shall be given, customer will be liable to pay. We will give instruction on the procedure to follow. When returning goods, please send them in the original packaging in a resaleable condition. We will either exchange them or return your money straight away (minus delivery costs) upon receiving the goods and we are happy with the condition of the goods.

ALL RETURNS SHOULD BE SPECIAL RECORDED DELIVERY; if in the event the goods are lost and are not under special recorded delivery the customer shall be liable to pay for the goods.

 


 

 Q.What happens to any information you obtain about me?

A.In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, we will only use information about you to process an order or to send you relevant information or a catalogue. We will not under any circumstances give your details to anyone else. You can check the information we hold about you by phoning us on 07771 802624 Mon-Fri 10am - 6pm.

 


 

Q. I have seen a ring I like but its not available in my size

A. If your size is not listed then please contact us as we can supply any make, any model in any size.
